I’m honored to be named one of Leland's 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, AND I get to help kick off their 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 next Monday (2/23/26) alongside an incredible group of coaches! 🎉

This recognition is meaningful because it reminds me that not only am I doing work I love, but the framework I use actually helps people move forward.

When I stepped away from my corporate climb two years ago, I was clear on what I wanted to focus on next:

✨helping others 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 (define their own version of success), 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 (build a clear path to get there), 𝗗𝗼 (take intentional & concrete action), and 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 (make sustained progress).

That's how 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻. 𝗗𝗼. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲. came to be.

I started it for myself while navigating my own career shifts.

I built it out while hiring and developing global teams.

And I’ve refined it through real conversations with 350+ professionals navigating layoffs, promotions, pivots, and uncertainty.
