So, who am I?

I am a woman of color. I am a working mom of 2 girls. I am a wife. I am an immigrant. I am an introvert. I was a senior leader in prominent tech companies, and I am now a business owner. I know what it's like to be a strong performer, and still hesitate when opportunities arise. All of this, shapes how I understand my clients, and how I show up to support them.

I am proud of my accomplishments working for big-name tech companies (TikTok, Google, Cisco, Intel), and steadily advancing as a marketing leader. That marketing background is now one of the biggest strengths I bring to my clients like you. While my coaching helps you get clear on and own your real strengths, my marketing background helps you frame, build, and communicate that clearly, whether you're going for a promotion, building your leadership brand, or navigating a new role. From my years navigating from an individual contributor to a first line manager, then to a senior leader, I've discovered that my greatest fulfillment comes from helping my peers, leaders, reports, and mentees Dream.
