I QUIT!

I am 99% excited and 1% freaked out.
After 20+ years of working for big-name high-tech companies and steadily climbing the corporate ladder, I've made the decision to give up the steady (and hefty) paychecks and the more obvious career path, to pursue my own life coaching practice.
I am proud of my career accomplishments, and I am grateful for all the knowledge, experiences, and connections I have gained at each company, team, and role. They have all brought me closer to understanding what's truly important to ME. Especially from my years being a manager and a senior leader, what made me feel most fulfilled was always when I helped my teammates, peers, leaders, reports, mentees Dream. Plan. Do. Live. (check out my web site below to see what this means!)
It has been a long journey to get to this point. I didn't always know what I wanted from my life or my career. It was easier to do what I thought others expected of me: chase after good schools and good companies, and strive for good performance reviews and the next promotion. Thanks to a few awesome coaches along my own journey, I am now designing my life based on what matters to ME, not on my concerns of how others would perceive me.
I look forward to paying it forward and serving others who may need a confidant to provide them with a safe space and tools to unlock their inner greatness, and to help them gain clarity around their life aspirations, career choices, and more!
I am 99.9% excited.
